Return Policy

ALEX AND ANI jewelry is meant to bring happiness and inspiration to its wearers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase or order delivery date. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. The returned item must be unworn with the UPC tag attached or appropriate UPC packaging. If the item is returned within 30 days, but without the UPC tag attached or appropriate packaging, an E-Gift Card will be issued.

If returning an order that included a gift with purchase, be sure to include this item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the free item(s).

ALEXANDANI.com does not offer exchanges.

Please note that clearance sale items and personalized engraved items are not eligible for return.

Website orders cannot be refunded in ALEX AND ANI company owned stores; they may be exchanged in ALEX AND ANI company owned stores for merchandise or in-store credit except for Disney items. Disney items purchased on ALEXANDANI.com cannot be exchanged in ALEX AND ANI company owned stores.

Return Instructions

To return any eligible item(s) and receive a prepaid return label, please contact our ALEX AND ANI Customer Service Team at 1-800-725-7822.

Please fill out the back of the packing slip, listing all details requested and include it with your item(s).

Return Tracking

Please be sure to keep the tracking number that is sent to you via email once we have created your prepaid return label.  If you choose to return and not utilize the ALEX AND ANI shipping label, we are not responsible for lost or returned packages, and we recommend that you insure your package for the full value of the contents.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 business days to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is completed. It may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds reflect on your billing statement.
